This project is a custom School Database Management System developed for KINS to manage student records, admissions, and financial information in a structured and efficient way. The system was designed to simplify administrative work by storing all student related data in a centralized database. It allows staff to easily manage admission records, student profiles, class information, and family details while keeping data organized and accessible.
The system also includes fee management and financial tracking features. Administrators can record monthly fees, payment dates, pending dues, and paper fund contributions. The system automatically keeps track of payment history for each student, helping the administration monitor fee collection and generate financial reports when required.
In addition to admissions and fee management, the software also supports stationary management and reporting functions. It allows the school administration to manage stationary distribution, maintain inventory records, and monitor usage across different classes. With its integrated reporting system, the platform helps staff quickly access student information, financial summaries, and administrative records, making daily school operations faster and more organized.
