Built to serve every order, every table
La Casa Italia 101 needed more than a basic cash register. They needed a platform that could unify their three sales channels — dine-in tables, walk-in takeaways, and online orders — into a single, fast-moving workflow that staff could learn in minutes.
itKINS designed and deployed a bespoke POS system from the ground up: a real-time order management interface with multi-table tracking, waiter assignment, product variant selection, kitchen routing, and flexible payment processing — all running in the browser with no dedicated hardware required.
From wireframe to go-live, the project was delivered end-to-end by the itKINS team, with onsite staff training and a fully documented admin panel handed over at launch.
Everything a modern restaurant needs
- Multi-channel order management: Dine-In, Takeaway, and Online orders handled from a single screen. Switch channels instantly without losing context or open orders.
- Table & waiter assignment: Live multi-table view showing occupancy, capacity, and status. Assign waiters to tables and track open orders per section at a glance.
- Product variant & size selection: Every menu item supports multiple sizes and variants (e.g. 12.5 / 16.0) with a clean dropdown — no double SKUs needed.
- Kitchen order routing: Orders are pushed instantly to the kitchen view on confirmation, reducing verbal handoff errors and speeding up ticket throughput.
- Flexible payment methods: Cash, Card, or Mixed payment in a single tap. Cash-back calculation built in. VAT-configurable per order for correct fiscal reporting.
- Live order summary & totals: Real-time subtotal, VAT breakdown, and total update with every item added. The sidebar cart is always in sync — no manual refresh.
